Reservation & Waitlist
Reservations & Waitlist gives hosting staff maximum power to finesse this sensitive aspect of guest satisfaction. At the same time, table usage and turnover will be optimized for better sales.

Reservations & Waitlist is fully integrated with your POS system. With this solution, double-booking and lost reservations are yesterday’s headaches. The “book” is available, in real time, via any terminal in the restaurant –
anywhere the hostess happens to be when the phone rings.

Closely tied to the Reservation tool, the Waitlist function automatically updates as pre-set Reservation times approach. Waitlist enables you to collect guest name, party size and seating preference, along with their Loyalty member number.

The system tracks, in real time, how long a party has been waiting, and provides staff a running average – configured by you to your restaurant’s norms. Home Delivery
