Reservation & Waitlist
Reservations & Waitlist gives hosting staff maximum power to finesse this sensitive aspect of guest satisfaction. At the same time, table usage and turnover will be optimized for better sales.
Reservations & Waitlist is fully integrated with your POS system. With this solution, double-booking and lost reservations are yesterday’s headaches. The “book” is available, in real time, via any terminal in the restaurant –
anywhere the hostess happens to be when the phone rings.
Closely tied to the Reservation tool, the Waitlist function automatically updates as pre-set Reservation times approach. Waitlist enables you to collect guest name, party size and seating preference, along with their Loyalty member number.
The system tracks, in real time, how long a party has been waiting, and provides staff a running average – configured by you to your restaurant’s norms. Squirrel eXpress is a high speed gateway connecting your POS system with most of the high speed credit card processors in North American and internationally. If choice and flexibility in high speed transactions are important to your enterprise, Squirrel eXpress is your best option.
For gift card processing, Squirrel eXpress offers gateway access to leading gift card vendors like Givex, Stored Value Systems (SVS) and ValueLink.
Home Delivery

Guest information, order history – and any special instructions are stored for easy retrieval, by phone number, making repeat orders super-quick. Delivery instructions are also stored, and printed on all checks.
