We only pay for what we get in the way of service.
Yes, but you will be paying a premium price for both parts and labour. Increasingly, a minimum charge with pay by credit card is demanded. Service response time is not assured and in fact may not be available outside of normal business hours.
The service provider will have the parts/equipment we need to replace defectives and get us operational again.
The service provider may be able to temporarily divert the necessary parts or equipment from stock, only if it doesn’t potentially affect the service to the customers with a service agreement. there is therefore no guarantee of replacement parts.
The service provider will be able to restore my PC’s hard drive with the operating software and various other applications along with the current data.
If your location has the necessary installation software disks and backup data then yes. This is normally a very lengthy (costly) billable service with no assurance of success.
If my site is completely down we can demand an immediate response since we will pay premium rates.
Response priority is always in favor of customers with a service agreement. Response time therefore is not guaranteed.
The service provider’s Technician will be familiar with operation requirements, equipment and software.
No advance effort is made by the service provider or Technician to ensure that they are familiar with your equipment, software or operational requirements.
