The SMS Customer Database provides flexibility for multiple Management purposes: accounts receivable, cheque validation and loyalty programs. The customer information can be broadcasted to all terminals or queried from a central database over a WAN.
Accounts Receivable
Accurate management of your accounts receivable: maximum credit, account statements in “Open Balance” or “Invoice Matching” mode, age of accounts, open payment, full or partial payment of invoices, debit notes, etc.
Customer Loyalty Module
SMS V2 integrates the advanced preferred shopper options to manage customer benefits: discounts, electronic coupons, point accumulation, special price, etc. All customer benefits are programmable by shopper level (bronze, gold, platinum, etc.)
Inventory Management/Receiving
A reliable inventory control system: physical count and adjustment of inventory, multiple counts (multiple locations) for the same product, automatic inventory update. Also SMS allows you to manage receiving and cost of goods. Goods receiving can be done through an RF Controller or directly from your computer.
Balancing and Accounting
The Balancing module is a tool to manage pickups, loans and declare for each cashier. It also supports safe Management: deposits, withdrawals and declarations. You can also enter all your accounting entries like paid in and paid out.
Electronic Journal
The SMS Electronic Journal is available in XML format so you can search, report and export information easily. Multiple reports and advanced searching options are also available.
Native Label Printing
The Label Printing program has been designed to fit with retail industry requirements: printing labels from internal and external batch, bulk printing, and unlimited label formats.
Flexible Report Generator
SMS uses Report Builder Report Generator. The SMS system currently contains 500 reports for sales analysis. You can also create you own reports.

Import/Export
The SMS database has been designed in conformity with the Standard Interchange language in order to provide flexible import and export utilities.
Purchase Order/Allowance
An integrated tool for purchase order entry, PO/delivery slip comparison and vendor bill control. Orders can be based on history or minimum/maximum, and transactions are exported to the accounts payable software.
Kiosk and Price Checker
Our Kiosk module can be used for price verification, customer points balance ond promotions. Interfaces to price checker devices like NCR or Symbol. Supports Windows/PC based kiosk with support for scanners and printers.
RF Hand Held Controller
With the RF Controller, SMS functions are now virtually accessible anywhere, anytime. Our portable unit allows you to verify or change a price, receive stock, update information, enter orders and even print labels.
E-Commerce
