Corporate Accounts Support Manager

Calgary

This position is full time, predominately Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, with extra hours expected per customer requirements. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with salary ranging from $40,000 to $45,000 per year.

As the Support Manager your duties would include acting as direct liaison for select major accounts, ensuring efficient customer support and product installations, general administrative and paperwork duties for personnel group of approximately 50 software and hardware technicians, acting as a call center supervisor / manager for three software support teams, and ensuring on-site rollouts and installs occur efficiently.

The prospective candidate would have very strong organizational skills, possess accurate and detailed follow-up skills, and be reliable, punctual, and professional (in appearance and manners). This individual would also be enthusiastic, energetic, and an independent self-starter that can successfully assume multiple responsibilities in a fast paced and challenging environment. Candidate must be able to properly address various customer and employee matters, and possess the ability to deal with customer service situations with empathy and sincerity.

Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.

Field Service Technician

Responsibilities include on-site servicing of a wide variety of POS equipment, including cash registers, scales, scanners, Pc’s, touch terminals, and printers. A solid background in electronics, PC repairs, good mechanical skills, A+ certification are essential.

The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter with excellent English communication skills, combined with a solid technical ability and sound understanding of PC’s and networking. Software aptitude for program setup, configuration, and support will be considered an asset. Candidates will be subject to security clearance.

This position is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications; starting from $25,000 to $28,000 per year.

As the administrative assistant your duties would include supporting the Calgary and Vancouver Administration teams, as well as assisting the Service Technician staff for the prairies. The prospective candidate would have excellent organizational skills, be capable of accepting responsibility, is reliable, punctual, and professional (in appearance and manners). This individual would also be enthusiastic, energetic, and an independent self-starter that can multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment. Prospective candidates need excellent phone manners, a positive friendly manner and an ability to deal with various situations with empathy and sincerity. Potential candidates also require intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Office 2003 and the Internet and some experience on a busy switchboard.

POS Installer / Information Technology (IT) Systems Professional

General Requirements

A working knowledge of computers and Windows Operating System is an asset, with an ability to learn and understand proprietary POS systems quickly. A positive friendly manner and customer service approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity is a necessity. The potential candidate(s) must have good communication skills, and be both self-motivated and work well in a close team environment. Previous experience in grocery, retail, hospitality, fuel stations and convenience store industry would be a bonus.

System Support Requirements

Trouble shooting skills with outstanding problem solving skills is a must. Candidates must have the aptitude to listen and effectively understand a situation with the ability to respond with clarity and professionalism. We require this individual to provide pleasant and professional customer service via telephone and remote access connections. This position does require travel, shift work, and on call dial in support during and outside of regular business hours.

Training Requirements

The successful candidate(s) will be required and to work with clients onsite during installation and training and over the phone to resolve POS related problems/questions after the installation.

Training will be provided, including system setup, installation, customer training and support. Upon completion of training candidate(s) will be expected to manage several POS projects from the sales handoff to live date. Successful candidate(s) must be able to travel and have a valid driver’s license.
