About AM/PM Service

AM/PM Service, one of Canada’s largest Point of Sale (POS) companies, provides point of sale systems, POS software, and POS support. AM/PM Service is a privately held company and was founded in July 1987 with an operational staff of four people. Since that time, AM/PM Service has grown into one of Canada’s largest independent Point of Sale companies.

Our major regional point of sale centers in Canada are Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina, Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa. Our head office is located in Vancouver, British Columbia. From this facility we provide a Central Dispatch and Help Desk services as well as a remote phone support for all our clients. Our service support center offers centralized reporting, toll free calling and technical help desk support. Our repair and maintenance department offers centralized bench repair.

AM/PM Service consists of technicians and administrative staff across Canada. We currently provided on-site service in excess of 20,000 customers with 50,000 Point of Sale systems, scanners and retail automation systems.

As well as extensive Point of Sale service, AM/PM Service also offers a well trained and experienced Sales Department. Each member of the sales staff is given extensive training on each system we sell in order to best assist you with any questions or concerns.
